In this, my birthday month, I have big plans and quite a few gifts for you. In addition to a possible date for a virtual elite event, I am going to share (in the calls and the Briefing) a PhD level review of the fundamentals and high level thinking, skills, and sources of wealth and success in both business and in life. In particular we will draw on Franklin, the stoics, Naval Ravikant, Charles Munger, and many more long-lost thinkers and successful practitioners of the arts and science of living a great and rich life. From Goals to Systems: Improving the Likelihood of Success)
We explored the idea of creating goals across all of the essential business functions such as financial, operational (including hiring, onboarding and training), marketing, sales, client services & retention, product and service development, leadership development, intelligence gathering and analysis, etc. Then we suggested enhancing those goals using the Dave Frees BBO goal enhancement process and finally, adapting the goals in each area to working systems that can be evaluated and improved.

That’s the mindset that thrives in this program and in this environment. But even that doesn’t mean it’s going to be right for you. I’m happy to schedule a time to talk and to make sure that it would really help and be extremely likely to give you an ROI. The reality is that this also requires you to have a vital and already successful business and enough control over your schedule to spend more time on deep work to transform your business, impact, practice and/or life at a profound level. And, there are no guarantees. Like so many things you and I do, and like so many investments we make, there are no certainties. No guarantees of financial success. What I can promise is that we’ll deliver tools and systems and a process that has proven, over and over again, to get people past their limitations and past the plateaus to new levels of success. The rest is up to you. If that doesn’t sound great then again, that’s fine. We have loads of other membership levels that might be better and that might work optimally for you.
