An individualized and customized 2020 Strategic planning diagnostic, implementation, and training system where Dave schedules two remote sessions with you and one with your team to walk you step by step through designing a strategic plan, deciding who to involve and how to communicate it to the team. He and his team including Alex Frees, Dr. Dave Weiman (and selected others depending on your needs) then help you to reduce the entire work product to a specific one to three page action plan to implement, monitor and optimize the results. This plan helps you to completely clarify and to share your purpose, values and long and short-term missions (with measurable goals and KPIs), to build a team that shares your vision and drives it to action and optimization, and then continually reshapes and improves the systems you create to achieve it. If done remotely, it involves at least three one hour long meetings with regular follow up calls. There is an option for one of those sessions (it will be your choice) to be in person at Dave’s location or yours – these both involve an additional cost. The cost Dave and his team will charge to non-members is $25,000.00. However, two spots have been reserved for members (that’s all his schedule can take) and the total price is $15,000. Please note that this does not include the costs you’ll expend to implement the creation of content, ads, video or other costs related to the process. That’s an investment you’re making already anyway. This program is designed to improve the results of those investments in a way that’s aligned with your own goals and objective.
Several War Lords have, through their own hard work and application of force multipliers, made break throughs that have transformed their lifestyles and work/life balance, businesses, practice, and how they feel about them.
