From Goals to Systems: Improving the Likelihood of Success)
We explored the idea of creating goals across all of the essential business functions such as financial, operational (including hiring, onboarding and training), marketing, sales, client services & retention, product and service development, leadership development, intelligence gathering and analysis, etc. Then we suggested enhancing those goals using the Dave Frees BBO goal enhancement process and finally, adapting the goals in each area to working systems that can be evaluated and improved.
